Welcome! I’m SyKnese (pronounced: Sigh-Niece). While my day job is writing TV news, I love to spend my free time traveling, hiking and meeting new people along the way.

I started travel blogging during my 2018 trip to Montreal. It was a city I’d wanted to visit since studying French in high school and college. I knew I couldn’t let it go by without capturing the best parts. On day one, I chose to write about the people I met along the way.
